Heidi's Salsas are all-natural and locally sourced and manufactured in Southern California. The recipe for Heidi’s Salsa was passed down by Heidi’s madre. Heidi brings bright and unique flavor to her family recipe salsa with the addition of flavor- packed roasted Hatch green chilies and by infusing generous amounts of fresh lemon and lime juice.
All three flavors come in 16 oz. festive glass jars. Whether you prefer the tame-yet-tangy Original Mild, the limey kick in Happy Medium™, or the sneaky heat in the famous Chupacabra’s Revenge™, we strive to offer something every palate can enjoy.
Heidi entered her salsa in The 30th Anniversary of Los Angeles Farmers Markets salsa contest in 2009. After the careful consideration of 10 judges, “The Loco Local by Luko” took 1st place among the 12 salsas present that day!
