Olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic and a touch of salt and pepper are added to traditionally crafted balsamic vinegar to create our award-winning dressing. One of our favorite uses is to make what we call “Leftovers Salad” – put fresh salad greens in a bowl, then go foraging in the refrigerator. Chop up what you find. Add the chopped up leftovers along with a bit of fresh or dried fruit to the greens. Bring all of the flavors together with a drizzle of the dressing.
