Our Crab Cake Kit makes two to four delicious crab cakes (depending on the size you make them) or about 10 appetizers; all you add is an egg and mayonnaise. The flavor comes through with our cracker crumbs seasoned with Chesapeake Bay Seasoning and air-dried tomatoes, leeks, carrots, celery, and red peppers. Although there is no regional non-perishable blue crab meat available, we do include a tin of superior hand-picked crabmeat, a product of Thailand that requires no refrigeration until opened.
