Our gorgeous red Barth Sirocco roaster was designed to roast two things: cacao and hazelnuts. Finally, it gets to fulfill its destiny! We gently roast each batch of buttery organic hazelnuts until they’re golden brown and crunchy. Then we spin them in hand-hammered copper pans, coating them with a generous layer of our stone ground dark chocolate . Pairing our intense, full-flavored chocolate with the delicate richness of hazelnuts makes a treat that is seriously delicious - and seriously difficult to stop eating.
